1. How much is the shipping price?

We offer free guaranteed shipping to any part of the world via UPS, DHL or FedEx. You order will be delivered within 3 to 7 days, depending on the address for delivery.

Each miner is fully insured during its delivery.

2. Can you mark my order as "gift" at shipping or lower the price in documents, enclosed with the miner?

No, we cannot send the shipment as "gift". But we can mark it as "spare parts" and lower the price or the order.

3. Do you have any limitations on minimal or maximal order?

No. You can order any amount you want.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer Bank Transfer, Bitcoins and Litecoins.

If you pay via Bank Transfer, please, request instructions for payment immediately after you have finalized your order by answering an order confirmation e-mail or by writing a letter to contact@ufominers.com.

Please, keep in mind that Bank Transfer can take 2 to 7 days.

Please, send us a copy of your payment document after you have paid for your order to speed up the process of confirmation of your payment.


Payment via Bitcoins and Litecoins is performed automatically immediately after your order has been finalized.

5. Do you accept PayPal or Credit Cards?

Unfortunatly we don't accept PayPal or Credit Cards anymore due to frequently occurring fraud practices.

6. Can I pay cash in your office?

Due to security policies and our confidentiality policy we cannot accept this method of payment.

7. Can I pay for the order in several payments?

Yes, but your order will be confirmed only after you've paid in full.

Payment must be made in full in order to confirm and reserve your order.

8. Can I visit your office, data center or manufacturing facilities?

Earlier visits were possible by preliminary coordination for some of our wholesale customers.

However after several cases of industrial espionage we decided to prohibit personal visits.

9. What are your guarantees that my miner will be exactly as described?

All miners pass 2-stage test procedures.

First stage – after the manufacturing process.

That takes a little more time, but allows us to guarantee lack of defects and strict compliance with our claims.

10. What will happen if I want to cancel my order and get a money-back?

It is possible to cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped yet, you can also cancel your order within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to your address if the device is in working condition and there are no signs of usage. Money-back will be performed within 7 days from the moment of return of goods or cancellation of your order.

11. Do you offer warranty for your miners?

Yes, all devices we manufacture have a warranty. Period of warranty is provided in description of each miner.
